Pros

I enjoyed being a member of this company. I feel like the administrative team cared for me and my coworker. People who are employed there are like family and work together as a team.

Cons

I can't really say too much for a negative of working at county manor, it's a good place to work.

Pros

Great place to work!! Staff were friendly and always willing to lend a hand to their residents. Really embraced the "hometown" feel

Cons

Nothing that I can really think of. Management always makes employees feel heard and respected. Taking time off is pretty easy if you give notice far enough ahead

Pros

The staff is great to work with, very team oriented. Being a new CNA, everyone was so helpful and always showing me the ropes. Flexible scheduling for us students!!

Cons

The only downside about working here was the scheduling, higher up staff was unable to organize the schedule properly.
