While our management team receives positive marks from co-workers in all roles in listening, fairness and respect, we appreciate your perspective.

The only way we are able to deliver the quality and compassionate care our residents deserve is because our teams on every shift in every role support each other. The roles for each shift are discussed in the interview, shadow and orientation so co-workers are aware of what to expect and what is expected of them before Day 1. And when we have call-offs (sickness, family emergencies, etc.), the team again pulls together with either bringing in PRN or available co-workers or are resourceful in task-sharing. There is no tolerance for bullying or team members not doing their part because then we can't do what our residents expect and need us to do. Proof of our strong team work is the long tenure of our co-workers and the high marks in our anonymous co-worker and customer surveys.
