Relationship with resident, holiday pay, benefits, meal plan, fair pay, lots of hours to pick up, have off every other weekend. Earn PTO from date of hire

Management is nit-picky, med associates act like the supervise PCAs, everyone is always too busy to get their work done from previous shift even though you come in and they are just sitting around, unfair management towards employees,

Country Meadows works hard to create a positive environment for co-workers as well as the residents we serve. We have numerous ways for co-workers to report concerns such as reporting them directly to their supervisor, executive director, vice president and even our CEO. We also have an anonymous co-worker hotline for people to share concerns. We really do want to hear about any issues because we honestly believe that every company makes mistakes, and what makes Country Meadows one of the best places to work, is what we do about those mistakes or concerns.

I was a Country Meadows for many years, you will find a lot of good co-workers at the Home Office. Everyone is very friendly and it is a relaxed atmosphere.

Cons

Room to advance when you get to the Home Office is very limiting.
