Company is family owned and operated. Senior management seeks out and values input from the campus directors when making decisions that impact day to day operations. Country Meadows cares for their employees and staff feels empowered to do what it takes to provide their Residents with excellent care.

Family like atmosphere, room to advance, plenty if training and wonderful caring nursing and personal care staff . I would not want to work at any other Assisted Living Facility.

Country Meadows is a wonderful company to work for. There are opportunities for growth within the company. The best part of working for Country Meadows are the relationships you build with the residents and your fellow co workers.
