Insurance companies limiting resources for supportive care for our residents can be frustrating for caregivers and families

Country Meadows Senior Living - Leader Heights - York, PA

Pros

Country Meadows as a whole, and particularly the Leader Heights location, is a wonderful place to work. The entire team really has input on business decisions and the care provided to the residents. I have been in the Senior Living industry for a long time, and the resident focused care and purpose at the Leader Heights location is unprecedented. Everybody genuinely loves the residents and wants to see that they are happy, healthy and thriving.

Cons

As with any company in this industry, the wages compared to the type and amount of work is lower than you would hope.
