Pros

They listen. They want to know what is working and what isn't. They ask for feedback at the frontline level and work with management to make positive changes! Residents are encouraged to give their opinions in rounding sessions to encourage positive change and growth to programming and more.

Cons

None at this time. If there is an issue they work quickly to address it to the satisfaction of everyone involved.

Pros

Country Meadows is family owned and organized and you can feel that in the way they manage their neighborhoods and on a day to day basis as front line staff. The environment and the staff are warm and welcoming and it's easy to fit in and make new friends. They do a lot for their co-workers from providing on-site wellness coaches and use of fitness facilities, to providing monthly recognition events and fun things to do, along with great benefits and room to grow and educate yourself within the company.

Cons

Working in personal care in any way and in any community can be physically and mentally draining, but Country Meadows does a lot to encourage their staff to maintain a good work life balance and manage stress.
