Pros

The employees here really care about the residents and treat them with love and respect. You are encouraged to grow and move up in the company. Coworkers become good friends and help one another. There is a coworker fund to help struggling coworkers.

Cons

I can't think of any.

Pros

The residents make this job truly worth it. They are full of joy and very appreciative of the hard work the co-workers do. The availability of picking up shifts was also a big plus, as was double time on your birthday. Co-workers were great; very caring and genuinely kind people.

Cons

The management within the company was downright terrible. I worked in many buildings, and the communication between them was terrible. It is difficult to talk to any co-worker in the company who is genuinely 100% happy there. The pay is sub-par (at best), and you have to claw your way to the top, and even so you aren't guaranteed a better position. Hard work should pay off, and it simply doesn't there.

Our free Career Paths provide financial incentives for co-workers to complete each level and learn more about senior care and how to best serve our residents.
