The interview process was super smooth and easy. Everyone involved was very nice and understanding. Onboarding and training was also very self explanatory and easy. My mentors were amazing and so kind and every co-worker I meet is very fun to talk to and kind. Shifts are plentiful and easy to pick up.

Cons

Some people say some of the residents you serve can be a little rude, but I have found them to be very pleasant.
