Thank you for appreciating our wonderful residents during your time as part of our team. Our managers do try to accommodate schedule changes as they are able. We need to ensure residents receive the care they need and deserve in our 24/7 business, but do try to allow flexibility when able and with enough notice. Best of luck to you.

Home-like atmosphere, fun coworker appreciation events, double pay on your birthday, point system that gives coworkers the opportunity to earn a bonus, great 401k and many more benefits!

Cons

Nothing really. Overall it’s a great place to work. It’s been home away from home for more than 10 years.
