Working with older adults is very demanding work, but for most of our co-workers, it is worth it because of the relationships they build with our amazing residents. Country Meadows receives regular feedback from residents, their families and co-workers, and the majority we receive from our Wyomissing campus is positive. This is a family owned business that truly treats you like an extension of their own family. The senior leadership team really cares about all of the coworkers and treats ALL coworkers with such care and respect. I just can't say enough about how wonderful Country Meadows is to work for. The care, compassion and kindness that is exhibited and shown to every single coworker by the management team, and most importantly by the CEO and VP's are just some of the ways of what makes Country Meadows stand out from any other company. Country Meadows also promotes growth within the company and are very supportive to all coworkers who show an interest in advancing. They provide the tools and training to allow coworkers to grow to their fullest potential. Country Meadows has a culture that is most definitely unmatched anywhere. I never have a day when I dread coming to work and feel like I am home with family when I am at work. I am so incredibly grateful and blessed to be part of such an amazing team and company!

Cons

That I didn't know about them and didn't start working for them sooner in my working career. The only silver lining with that is that I worked for a very poorly managed business who did not show any care or consideration for their employees the way that Country Meadows does.
