Pros

Country Meadows as a whole, and particularly the Leader Heights location, is a wonderful place to work. The entire team really has input on business decisions and the care provided to the residents. I have been in the Senior Living industry for a long time, and the resident focused care and purpose at the Leader Heights location is unprecedented. Everybody genuinely loves the residents and wants to see that they are happy, healthy and thriving.

Cons

As with any company in this industry, the wages compared to the type and amount of work is lower than you would hope.

Pros

I have been with the company for several years and continuously see compassionate, caring co-workers who truly make a difference in the lives of the senior residents. Despite not being perfect, Country Meadows works hard to listen to it's co-workers and give them the resources and time they need to form meaningful relationships with the residents. The benefits are good, and top leadership actually listens and is approachable. Being family owned makes a difference.

Cons

There are some areas that could be improved, but overall it's a place where you feel appreciated and know you are making a difference.
