      CM offers many opportunities to advance. Many opportunities for continued training. Take advantage of these opportunities. No other company I worked for cared so much for the current and future opportunities for all their employees. I believe there is always more to learn and more ways to better yourself to help the residents we ate there to help. My advice to current and future employees enjoy your journey with Country Meadows. In doing so, it will never feel like work.

      Cons

      You will never want to leave... I cried the day I retired. It was truly bitter sweet.

      Pros

      I enjoyed working at Country Meadows. The pros were the culture, the guaranteed hours, and the residents made my job worth coming in everyday.
