The employees here really care about the residents and treat them with love and respect. You are encouraged to grow and move up in the company. Coworkers become good friends and help one another. There is a coworker fund to help struggling coworkers.

The company does have education benefits and you have an meet a lot of wonderful residents.

Cons

The company is terribly understaffed, though they meet meet state requirements the resident care is very challenging and additional staff is needed.

Country Meadows strives to staff at a level higher than is required to provide our residents with exceptional care.
