Pros

Working with residents, making a difference, some flexibility if you're manger or director.

Cons

Very clique-ish. A lot of workplace drama- including Directors. Directors do not listen to the needs of their employees. A lot of contradictory practices. Health insurance is awful if you're at the Maryland location.

Pros

Enjoy the co-worker team effort. Cohesive support from co-workers and Nurse staff.

Cons

Some PCA's are not diligent in completing tasks. Since management is largely absent on these shifts, there are no repercussions for lack of work ethic.
