Understaffed and being the RCC I worked 77-hour weeks sometimes without much compensation. The ED thinks that a 20-bed facility runs just fine with 1 med tech and 1 caregiver for each shift, except at night and than you are by yourself.
Fun atmosphere, focus on residents quality of life, free food, nice
Cons
No room for growth, management, family members together in management, don't recognize when doing well, play favorites, can be extremely understaffed, RCC is uncompetant.
