I did well at working with the memory care patients, I kept them busy and helped to feed them and keep an eye on them

I didn’t get alone with a couple co workers who would slack off and I would have to help do their work aswell

The residents are amazing as well as the people I work with.

Understaffed and being the RCC I worked 77-hour weeks sometimes without much compensation. The ED thinks that a 20-bed facility runs just fine with 1 med tech and 1 caregiver for each shift, except at night and than you are by yourself.
