the pay is not enough for the work you get assigned. they have a "plan" for ET1s but STAR team falls short. They try somewhat at least but can do much better at having a plan and following thru with help. Probation period is ridiculously long, 18 months. Cannot work from home even though 99% of our work can be done from home all the time... makes no sense. ET2 are allowed but you dont trust the people you just invested 10 weeks of training to? Smart.
