County benefits, every other friday off, holidays off, and my manager.

Cons

The caseload, the stress, false promises of caseload help, terrible regional directors that do nothing, and SUCH LOW PAY.

Cons

Pay is not good people come in making almost the same and been there 9 years. Fast food works make more an hour. Lots of micromanaging. Management expects you to learn everything so they can stay understaffed.
