I met a lot of good disadvantaged people. Rewarding working with customer's in need and helping those who truly have been displaced.

Cons

Co-workers and some management created hostile environment. Cliques, Office Politics, Favoritism, Policies are terribly set by the state. Goes against normal people's morals, had to turn a blind eye and conform to the majority too often. LOW PAY, doesn't match the job qualities and you are overworked.
