The benefits that the county gives are pretty good. Also you know you will get raises every so often.

Cons

It just seems like everyone at the county hates their job. People aren't as friendly and it makes you not want to be there

Working for Riverside County Child Protection Department gave me the opportunity to work with some of the most talented people ever. There was a level of professionalism unmatched by any other place I've worked.

Cons

Not giving the TAP or temporary employees until time on certain assignments.
