Great for job security (union), but poor at caring for their employees

Job security, paid holidays, union (SEIU) representation, busy caseload (will get lots of planning experience quickly).

Cons

Management sees staff as cogs in machine, no professional training or interest in careers of underlings. Very rigid management style, no flexibility in assignments or staffing due to bureaucratic nature.
