Great benefits, decent compensation, all state holidays, lots of training available
Cons
I worked in HR and unfortunately some of the higher-ups were unethical and inconsistent in their handling of situations. Executive team definitely had their favorites and it was noticeable. Certain people within HR were toxic and created an unpleasant environment and nothing was done about it. However, there were a lot of great people and great talent.
