Ability to schedule clients independently, can work mostly from home but still need to go into the office for printing forms and client paperwork.

Cons

Duties are constantly being added to the workload with no increase in pay, for little clerical support since most of them were sent to work at the call center. It can be stressful juggling caseload and clerical tasks.
