Holidays off with pay, pension for retirement, bilingual pay

Cons

Expensive health insurance , low pay , you pay for your entire penswion form your check not them. Morale is not good in all departments. Directors, supervisors turn the other way and no consequences for the bad apples but the hard working ones seem to always get let go or overwhelm with a lot of work without any recognition
