Benefits are pretty much the best thing I experienced

Cons

Terrible management, when I worked in the adult services unit. My Supervisior was absolutely rude and belittling to me. She micromanaged and was condescending. I enjoyed the job itself and learned a lot working with the older adult population. Another thing, it is a very cliche environment- supervisors would always go in their office and whisper about the people in their unit. It was a very toxic environment. I enjoyed what I did- but management was so awful- I had to leave. Everyone experience is different, so don't let this review sway your decision.
