Flexible schedules such as 9/80 or 4/10. Good work life balance. If you are young and have a bachelor's degree and are willing to start at the bottom, this can be a good career move.

Cons

Very hard to move up unless you have a bachelor's degree, even if you have years of experience. Health benefits not as cheap as you may think.
