Great health benefits, good retirement plan, friendly staff members, good discounts on college and graduate school.

Cons

Staff development does a poor job at preparing incoming eligibility technicians for real world job duties. Training is inadequate. It’s a fast paced environment with minimal support from ET III’s and/or supervisors so turnover is extremely high. The pay is not on par with the high stress environment and pressure the role requires.

Always on call ,long hours ,can’t leave until your replacement gets there . Limited family time limited time to go back to school
