Pros

Weekly pay, work by yourself and you don't have to work a full 8 hours.

Cons

Poor management even all the way up to corporate, no benefits, they change rules too frequently and not professional AT ALL!

Entry Level Company Vehicles $35k+ per year Employee Centered Holiday Pay Opportunities for Advancement Opportunities to Travel Opportunities for Over-Time Weekly Pay (every Friday!)

Cons

No Benefits Regularly 40+ hours per week My largest concern was my inability to communicate with the people above my managers. I was able to speak with the corporate team but I only spoke with HR

THE GOOD, THE BAD AND THE UGLY

Pros

There's a lot of freedom, at times, to make personal calls, pay bills online, eat lunch. I use their vehicle for deliveries, their gas, their devices to scan packages. No one is hovering over you.

Cons

Constant screw ups on pay checks being delayed. No beforehand notice of when you're schedule has changed, and you show up for work and your either off that day or scheduled for a totally different time. Vehicles are dirty, not washed.
