The management is great. They give exceptional training and really want to help you learn and grow.

Cons

There can be late hours, but it is in the job description.

Pros

The company is quickly growing, and that means there are a lot of opportunities for people that want to move up, help with task force, stuff like that. It’s a really exciting time, and Coury actively tries to take care of their employees.

Cons

sometimes it feels like departments at the corporate office don’t speak to each other so we get conflicting direction.
