Absolutely no loyalty shown to employees, even after 10-25 years of service. Numerous employees literally walked out without any reasonable notice after being told previously they would possible be shifted to a different role within the organization during a "restructuring." States a lot about Covenant's new culture.

This organization treats its staff as numbers, not people. They take as much advantage as they can. No proper pay scales. Underachieving staff get the same pay and review bonus as staff operating at a higher level. No incentive or reason to grow or do better. Very high turnover rate due to this. Constant budget issues. The first things cut are training and employee benefits.
