Pros

Health Benefits at Part Time Status. Recent salary increase for RN and LPN as well as CNA's.

Cons

The Nurse to Patient Ratio is unmanageable. There is an extreme lack of professionalism and environment is uncomfortable making it very difficult to work together as a team. The management team lacks compassion and was often unavailable to address any concerns of their staff

My coworkers were great to work with and I could always count on the team for help.

Cons

There was very little support from management at the top, but mid-level management was helpful if you had a good relationship with them. IT was outsourced to a third party.
