      + Pay was modest for the area. + Worked with a diverse set of applications and technologies. + Rewarding to help clinical and non-clinical staff resolve their technical issues. + Department had a great team collaboration. +Got to work from home.

      Cons

      - Change in company culture due to restructuring. organization disconnect between c-suite and the regional hospitals. Organization mission values only seem to be brought up / followed when convenient and otherwise forgotten. -Job outsourced to a 3rd party vendor under precarious circumstances, was given no option of transfer between organization leadership and the 3rd party contractor.
