Pros

You can get some experience to take to your next job. Coworkers are generally good. Lots of varying software and hardware to get hands on experience with.

Cons

This organization treats its staff as numbers, not people. They take as much advantage as they can. No proper pay scales. Underachieving staff get the same pay and review bonus as staff operating at a higher level. No incentive or reason to grow or do better. Very high turnover rate due to this. Constant budget issues. The first things cut are training and employee benefits.
