Senior Management is Poor

Pros

Most of the people on the front lines are wonderful. Wondeful mission-driven and non-profit. They do a nice job integrating Catholic-values without shoving it down your throat.

Cons

Lack of communication of big changes to middle-tier leaders. Lots of changes at senior level with poor communication to the organization. Struggling financially. Little to no marketing and collaboration is non-exisistent. No opportunities for education or growth. Won't even pay for cell phones for critical employees. Example: Recently cut the community education program at one of their hospitals and didn't communicate it to anyone at the local level, shocking the community and employees.
