I love the people there. It has a cafe, 2 gyms, a trail... Pay is good. Managers are great to work for!

Cons

Your commission can go up or down depending on how many of your drivers show up to orientation. Be patient, stay positive.

Pros

Good location in beautiful Chattanooga TN. Managers are friendly, but only care about themselves.

Cons

Management is cut throat. The company doesn't follow their values. They say one thing and then do the complete opposite. Will always worry if you have have a job tomorrow.

Great pay, home weekly and good attitudes for the most part

Cons

Trailers are less than desirable and over loaded. Expectations are unrealistic based upon the situations you are put in.
