      Pros

      The people there were fantastic, felt like a family. Really great lower level management that tried their best to help you.

      Cons

      Incredibly stressful job where you constantly feel like you can't win no matter how hard you kill yourself. Upper management has no idea what's really going on and puts way too much pressure on their employees; high turnover.

      At Covenant Transport I received fair pay, I had the opportunity to work with friendly coworkers, and I enjoyed the relaxed environment

      Cons

      You're in front of a computer for your entire shift, there no windows in the office, depending on your shift the energy can become too relaxed and dull
