You are uncomfortable all the time.

They keep the building locked off from JUST the drivers, as though we were the scum of the earth ( except the dirty lounge). We could not just go up and speak to managers face to face we had to request it and that usually didn't happen. We were to email them only. Many of the dispatchers have no clue as to whats even going on ESPECIALLY in the evenings and the day shift thinks they are to be served and treated as God! They have no problem being rude AF to drivers. Covenant is not a good company to work for at all. If it weren't for the drivers, they wouldn't have a business and they absolutely make you feel as though you're not to be trusted and you are garbage.
