Good experience at an asset based company, constantly changing identity

Great people work here and it has been good experience working with an asset based company

Cons

Constant changing of identity. Since I have been here (2 years) I have had several commission structures. We are going through massive changes right now. In the future, these will likely be pro's but key leaders have left and the structure/future plans seem unkown still. Very difficult time to be a part of the company.

Pros

Base pay was competitive for similar positions. The company tries to maintain good morals and ethics.

Cons

The Transport side of the business is an Old Boys Club. There is almost no room for advancement, long hours, and my coworkers had little experience. For most it was their first job in transportation.
