Every aspect of this company is horrible. The management is the worst, from the top down. There is no consideration for personal health or family needs. There is no promotion or pay increases. They treat you nice at first then destroy you when given the chance.

Horrible training experience, direct manager was more interested in talking about her life in CA than allowing me to ask questions. Turnover is extremely high and minimal training. I was put on a IDP for not uploading a picture to my profile after I had shown them I did and it showed on my end, just not on their end. Zero flexibility.
