Pros

Coveo is an ambitious company with a great product, happy and successful customers and leading in a hot and interesting space. It's a great place to learn and grow your career if you're curious, driven to achieve results, and are looking to make an impact with your work. The company is highly collaborative and most roles offer a great opportunity to work with a diverse group of people. Allowing employees to grow and build a strong network at work. The leadership team also recognizes that good ideas come from anyone, and rewards people based on their contributions to customer success and the success of the business overall. Plus, if you're working from one of Coveo's offices in Canada, there's a great office and work environment.

Cons

Some of the worlds largest companies trust Coveo's AI search platform to create great experiences for their customers and employees. So, security, reliability, uptime, customer results and continued improvement are priorities. These are definite pros. However, as a consequence, the company has developed mature processes (procurement, people management, etc.) that are more similar to what you'd find in a larger company. So people expecting an early stage start-up experience may not find it at Coveo.
