Pros

Very smart and capable team from management on down. Technical team is phenomenal. The truly care about their customers and deliver on the mantra of undersell and overdeliver. Work life balance is excellent and management team judges you on your contribution, not on the amount of hours worked.

Cons

Upper management seems to want to hire outsiders rather than promote the people they have.
