Pros

They spy on you with your phone app.

Cons

To Many to list. I have worked for some really good companies but when your benefits are among the lowest in the industry and trying to keep good talent, you can't with bad business practices.

Pros

-Fantastic Coworkers -Autonomus work -Hybrid (From home & In Field)

Cons

-High Penetration Market (Hard to find new logos) -Terrible Account protection rules for sales. If another sales rep has any interaction or none at all with a customer. Another sales rep cannot touch the account. -Franchise Business Model. Customers have more than 1 business location might feel that a location is receiving different level of service due to different Franchise Owners on each account. - Sales goals aren’t achieveable. From the majority of my interactions with customers, cleaning is pushed to the back of their “to-do list” depending on the business.
