Pros

They pay a salary with benefits. It seems like a decent place to work for a new college grad. They do have a unique way of cleaning which will give you an edge over competitors.

Cons

The HR department is chaotic at best. They made mistake after mistake, including screwing up my background check from the jump. One woman in HR screwed up a driving background check that was clearly ok, and they refused to admit the mistake or rectify it. When I brought some of the mistakes to the HR departments attention they JUMPED at the chance to "cover up" the mistakes of a co-worker, and act like it never happened. The HR department does this company a disservice in my opinion, because they have done both current and prospective employees a disservice.

Pros

Absolutely no pros whatsoever. Literally none.

Cons

Everyone in management in this company is shady, slimy, and unethical. They put you through an insanely fast training that is entirely too serious for the fact you're literally trying to sell a cleaning service, then throw you to the sharks and expect you to be making 40-50 calls a day by like, day 2. BUT, then, they won't stop watching your every move for weeks on end. Not to mention, there is NO HR department. What does that tell you about how this company operates? They will not let you take no for an answer when people simply aren't interested in the service and there is no possible scenario where you handle a conversation with a customer up to their standards. Also- they want you to sell sell sell, but if your branch can't find someone who actually is available or wants to clean the account you sold, then you lose the sale. It is humiliating to sell sell sell and make all of these promises to a customer and have to say, "oh, PSYCH, we don't actually have anyone to do it:)". Save yourself and run.
