Pros

Set your own schedule. You control how often you are in the office. Work from home options since Covid-19 hit.

Cons

Lack of upward mobility. For Operations staff, bonuses are capped at $1500 max per quarter. No commissions and sales at all. No performance reviews ever so you can get stuck at the same pay rate. Whenever more guaranteed money is given, something is taken away on the back end and usually in greater proportion. In 8 years I have seen quarterly bonuses / commissions whittled down considerably. Car reimbursement is far less than IRS $.52 / mile. Typical corporate management where Execs are relatively clueless as to what is happening in the field and it takes a virtual firestorm to get any involvement beyond the GM level. Experience can vary depending on local GM. Management will take care of their own first ahead of the employees despite how severe the issues can be ( Unethical sales practices, violation of corporate Covid-19 and firearms policies, etc.) Benefits are very Expensive. Mediocre at best health care costs about $840 per month for family coverage, with at $3500 individual deductible.

Pros

Benefits were OK, nothing more.

Cons

They cannot hire a lead setter due to pay constraints so all business is self generated. After 3 months in field I had 50% of new deals on the board out of 3 reps, then I was told I needed to be in the office 5 days a week on the phone. With many years of outside sales experience, I did not need to be micro-managed. I was not hired to be the office lead setter, total joke.

Pros

I have nothing good to say about Coverall.

Cons

Very unethical company. They treat their franchisees and employees horrible.
