Pros

Flexible in and out of the office work opportunities

Cons

Company use to have a great office in St Louis until they started firing all their good people. Had a female assistant office manager who was super smart and terrific to work with and a great team but once they chased her away they started hiring low end loser managers who were all puppets and the office soon crumbled. Don't expect management to support you. You'll find that management only cares about themselves and will leave you under a buss. Also, don't expect if you close any huge deals to get all your commissions. They soon find ways to not pay you by making up certain stipulations that you have no control over. The company is a greed fest. Stay away. The last regional manager they hired for the st louis office is a snake and very immature.
