Pros

You are set up in a very small department after one day of training. No management breathing down your back. Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.

Cons

No real training, Management States they'll set you up on ride along, never follows through. Company has an idea, because the accounts are purchased by franchise owners, that several sales vertical markets are not good to call on. Good hourly wage, terrible benefit package

Pros

Decent base salary for limited experience

Cons

Not a great work environment, company is very "sales numbers" oriented. If you have a bad month you're gone, it doesn't matter how long you worked there or what your numbers were in the past. They care very little for their employees and have a very high turn over rate.

Pros

The freedom to do what you want if you're management team is cool. Commission are ok if you hit your goals

Cons

No raises after 4 year of service. If management doesn't like you. They will fired you. Also there are some of the unethically practices with the franchise owners. Also watch out for the management that sleep with sales representative. Who get promoted.
