Upper Management and HR ignore constant complaints of the NJ inadequacies. The complaints i had for a year and half i was told been complaints for years. Lowest pay for an inside sales job. You will not make big commissions At All. If you’re looking to get paid per appt it’s not happening. You won’t make any money cause everything you do is based off what someone else do or don’t do. Worst commission structure i ever seen. They only care about coverall investors and upper management pockets. Everything is smoke and mirrors. They have bad leads and their ways of doing things contradicts their core values. I was told straight up our pay isn’t competitive i don’t know how you survive off what we pay you. It’s like everyone is in the twilight zone. People that stay here either feel stuck or two lazy to Better themselves.
