Pros

There's no cap in commissions. Presidents Circle. Quarterly bonuses, cell phone, laptop, increase in base pay when you hit your quota, bonus for making a certain number of sales

Cons

No consistent support. Company politics. Operations team is against the Sales team and vice versa. Commissions paid monthly

Pros

Manager ripped me off by taking half my territory away and restructuring to another rep. Favoritism for sure. Nobody batted an eye. My sales were low? Yeah I had half my territory. Prior year I was top rep in Q2 with 28k in starts.

Cons

Management don't care and neither does upper management.
