Pros

Co Workers are nice. You get a lap top and cell phone. Vehicle reimbursement.

Cons

All management levels believe strongly in micromanaging. Success is not celebrated. Negative and punitive culture company wide. The Chief Sales Officer and the VP of Sales do not know what they are doing to drive sales. They constantly change direction trying to figure out what works. It constantly hurts the sales people. It's their lack of experience and knowledge that brings the sales divisions down. If they were great leaders, this company would have so much more potential. You must start 1,000 in new accounts in order to qualify to get any commission, at minimum that is 4 new accounts. The majority of Sales Consultants do not make their commission on a consistent basis. Promotions to Senior and Executive Sales Consultant is based on a total of $30K in new STARTS (new accounts starting) in a calendar year, and of that $30K, $10K has to come from self generated business. For example, you could start $50K in new business, but if $10K is not self generated you will not get promoted. This company makes it hard to earn commission and get promoted. They just recently implemented these changes and they do not benefit the sales people. The sales teams depend heavily on the op's team to place new accounts and get them started. Your commission depends on how good they are at their job. They can hold your new account hostage, unless and until the customer completes a "special service". Accounts often do not get started at all due to this practice and the sales people lose out on their potential commission. This practice makes this company look so bad in the eyes of the customers. They get mad and back out of the deal. The ops team has way too much power over our sales (new accounts) starting. Battles between sales as op's leads to endless frustration and mistrust. It's very negative, and management continues to allow this to happen. This is an operations-centric company, not a sales-centric company. Sales people are treated like second class citizens and of little importance here. The benefits are expensive with high deductibles. This company has VERY high turnover of sales people, operations people and management. They do not know how to keep their top people happy and working for them. As soon as the top people get high rankings they leave the company for something better. This happens with Executive Management on down to Sales Consultants. I do not recommend this company as a good company to work for. So many disgruntled people looking to get out. I wouldn't even recommend this company to someone new to sales, because it will put a bad taste in your mouth. The frustration and lack of commission does not make it worth it.

Pros

When your outside of the office you are your own boss, franchise owners are nice to work with.

Cons

I feel that management poorly runs the company, too many chiefs and not enough transparent policies. I felt many times that management was just making up rules for their own benefit. Not cool and unfair to the people who pay to become franchise owners. Way too much micro managing and not enough salary to justify.
