Pros

Not many pros, expect to work long hours, nights and weekends

Cons

If you like to be micro managed, and work way too many hours per week, be underpaid, this is your place to work. Be prepared when the out of touch VP comes in from the corporate office, you will be belittled during every conversation, so it's best to just nod your head. Owners have no clue what idiots they have in Sr management
